Our AACES interviewers play an important role in the study. Once women who are invited to participate consent to be in the study, one of our AACEs interviewers will contact them by phone to go through a series of survey questions. LaTonda, Christine, and Robin have over 43 years of combined experience conducting interviews. They are friendly, patient, and flexible, and will take as much or as little time as needed to complete the survey.
- Christine has been working with the Cancer Prevention, Detection, and Control Program at Duke for over 10 years. She enjoys her job and is very engaged in her work.
- LaTonda works with the Cancer Prevention, Detection, and Control Program at Duke. Research that impacts the lives of women is a driving force for the work she does. Her interest for helping others makes her an exceptional interviewer.
- Robin works in the Wayne State University Karmanos Cancer Institute. Her 30 years of counseling experience combined with experience recruiting women into family communication research studies make her a well-seasoned interviewer.
