The Duke University DNA Analysis Facility offers a DHPLC service to efficiently detect single or multiple nucleotide differences in heteroduplex PCR fragments. You can use DHPLC to discover novel mutations/polymorphisms in your gene of choice or screen large numbers of samples for the presence of a mismatch.
