About the Program

To provide assistance to African-American women diagnosed or at high risk for breast cancer.  The number of African-American women diagnosed with breast cancer each year are less than those of Caucasian women.  However the  death rate is higher for African American women than any other race due to lack of proper screening, treatment or follow-up.  We understand that battling this disease can be a scary process.  We aim to provide emotional, educational and financial support to empower Women of Color to realize that the pathway to survival is more than a dream.
